jj5 Terms and Conditions — Pakistan Online Gaming Platform

1. General Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of the jj5 online gaming and sports betting platform, accessible at jj5.onl. By registering an account or using any feature of the jj5 platform — including sports betting, slots, live casino, bingo, and any promotional offers — you agree to be bound by these Terms in full.

jj5 is an entertainment platform. All gaming and betting activity on jj5 carries financial risk. Players should only wager amounts they are comfortable losing. jj5 does not guarantee winnings and is not liable for losses incurred through normal gaming activity on the platform.

2. Eligibility & Registration

To register and use jj5, you must meet all of the following conditions:

• You must not already hold an active or previously suspended jj5 account.
• You must provide accurate, complete and truthful information when creating your account.
• You must not be self-excluded from jj5 or have been permanently banned from the platform.

jj5 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation when requested will result in account restrictions, including suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is complete.

Registration is free. jj5 will never charge a fee to open an account. If you encounter any request for payment simply to create an account, do not proceed and contact support immediately.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are fully responsible for all activity that takes place under your jj5 account. This includes all bets placed, deposits made and withdrawals requested. You must keep your login credentials — username and password — confidential and must not share them with any other person.

If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify jj5 support immediately. jj5 accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the player has failed to keep credentials secure.

• You must not allow any other person to use your jj5 account, including family members.
• You must not use automated tools, bots or scripts to interact with the platform.
• You must not use your account for any unlawful activity or purpose.
• Account balances are non-transferable between jj5 accounts.

jj5 operates a strict one-account-per-player policy. If multiple accounts are identified as belonging to the same individual — whether through matching personal details, device fingerprints, IP addresses or payment methods — all duplicate accounts will be suspended. Balances held in duplicate accounts may be forfeited, and the primary account may also be subject to review.

4. Deposits & Payments

jj5 supports deposits via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer and debit or credit cards. All deposits are processed in PKR. There is no charge from jj5 on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.

Minimum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of transaction and may vary by payment method. Deposits are generally credited to your jj5 account instantly or within a few minutes, depending on your payment provider's processing time.

• Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name.
• jj5 does not accept deposits from third parties on behalf of a player.
• Deposits made in error cannot always be reversed — contact support immediately if this occurs.
• jj5 reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership at any time.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests on jj5 are processed within 24 hours for fully verified accounts. The withdrawal amount will be sent to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, or to a verified method registered on your account. jj5 does not charge a platform fee on withdrawals.

Before your first withdrawal is processed, your account must be verified. Verification involves confirming your identity with basic personal information. Players who complete verification at registration avoid delays at withdrawal time — which is the approach jj5 recommends.

• Withdrawals will only be processed to accounts that match the registered player's name.
• jj5 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before approving large withdrawals.
• Pending or active bets cannot be included in a withdrawal request until they are settled.
• Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn.
• In cases of suspected fraud or terms violation, withdrawal processing may be paused pending investigation.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses are subject to specific terms which are published alongside each individual offer on the Promotions page.

Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, the following general bonus rules apply across jj5:

• Bonuses are credited to your account in PKR and are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted.
• Each bonus offer is available once per player, per household and per device unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the time limit specified in the individual promotion terms.
• jj5 reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses cannot be combined unless the specific promotion explicitly permits it.
• Players found to be abusing bonus offers — including through collusion, arbitrage or the use of multiple accounts — will have bonuses forfeited and accounts suspended.

7. Betting Rules

Sports betting on jj5 covers cricket — including PSL, T20 internationals and bilateral series — as well as football, esports and other markets. All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is placed. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player.

jj5 reserves the right to void bets in the following circumstances:

• The event is cancelled, postponed or abandoned without sufficient play having taken place according to applicable market rules.
• Obvious pricing errors are identified — i.e., odds that were clearly incorrect due to a technical or human error.
• Suspicious betting patterns are detected that suggest knowledge of a predetermined outcome or match-fixing.
• The bet was placed on a market that was suspended at the time of placement due to a platform error.

In-play betting markets on jj5 — particularly for cricket and football — operate with a short delay. Results shown during live play are for information only and bets are settled on official results published by the relevant governing body. For cricket, this means results as confirmed by the ICC or the relevant board.

Maximum bet limits apply per market and per event. These limits are displayed within each betting market and may be adjusted by jj5 at any time, including for individual accounts where unusual betting patterns are identified.

8. Slots & Casino Games

All slot games and casino games on jj5 — including live dealer tables, bingo rooms and video slots — are provided by third-party software developers. Each game operates according to its own certified Random Number Generator (RNG) and published Return to Player (RTP) percentage.

jj5 does not control the outcome of individual spins, hands or rounds in any game. Game results are determined entirely by the underlying RNG and cannot be influenced by the player, jj5 or any third party. Displayed RTPs are theoretical averages calculated over millions of rounds and do not represent guaranteed returns in any individual session.

• Game malfunctions void all pays and plays for the affected round.

11. Suspension & Account Closure

In the event of account suspension due to a suspected breach, jj5 will investigate the matter before making a final decision. Funds held in the account at the time of suspension will be frozen during the investigation. Where a breach is confirmed, jj5 may forfeit part or all of the account balance depending on the nature and severity of the breach.

Players who wish to close their own account voluntarily may contact jj5 support at any time. Any settled, withdrawable balance will be processed to your registered payment method after standard verification checks.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted, jj5 is not liable for losses arising from:

• Normal gaming and betting outcomes — all wagers carry inherent financial risk.
• Platform downtime caused by scheduled maintenance, technical faults or circumstances beyond jj5's reasonable control.
• Interruptions to internet connectivity on the player's side during an active session or bet placement.
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers including JazzCash, Easypaisa or banks.
• Unauthorised access to a player's account where the player failed to maintain the security of their credentials.

jj5 makes reasonable efforts to keep the platform available and functioning at all times. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and are not responsible for losses attributed to platform unavailability during routine or emergency maintenance.

13. Changes to These Terms

jj5 may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, registered players will be notified through the platform or via their registered contact details. The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date.

Continued use of the jj5 platform after updated Terms have been published constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with an update to the Terms, you should stop using the platform and request account closure through jj5 support.
